John Mersereau is an experienced personal injury attorney and avid cyclist. John first fell in love with cycling on the roads and trails of Marin County, where he grew up. Following law school, John began practicing personal injury law at a prestigious law firm in San Francisco. He quickly developed a passion for helping fellow cyclists who were injured by negligent drivers. John re-located to San Diego in 2013, but he continues to represent injured cyclists throughout all of California. John has represented cyclists for virtually all types of cases from car door accidents, to right hooks, to product defect related incidents. John is an AV® Preeminent™ lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest rating a lawyer may achieve. John is a member of the Marin County Bicycle Coalition, the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition, San Diego Bicycle Club, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
When he is not at work fighting for his clients, or on the road with his bike, John is spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two young children.
